With our Civil Litigation Essentials Course we offer the first course of its kind designed to train business leaders, owners, managers, credit controllers, in house legal teams and professionals in the fundamentals of civil litigation in England and Wales primarily in the County Court. Taught by highly experienced direct access barristers and solicitors, this intensive one-day course delivers practical, insider knowledge that goes far beyond what you can learn from a textbook.

The aim is to give you the confidence to make informed decisions, protect your interests, and engage effectively with legal professionals.

Our Small Claims Guru Course is aimed directly at anybody including individuals or businesses who are interested in learning the essentials of conducting their own small claims track civil claim in the County Court. Don’t be fooled by the seeming informality of small claims cases, they are still claims that are determined using normal legal principles and a knowledge of the correct practice and procedure can give you a real advantage and greatly increase your chances of getting the result you want. Our Advocacy for Non Lawyers course is really something innovative and exciting. We teach what has been traditionally the preserve of legal practice courses and Bar School, the basics of advocacy or presenting case in court or tribunal.

Our Courtoom Confidence Course: A Guide to Giving Better Evidence is ideal for anyone about to give evidence in court which is not only daunting but usually the key aspect to any case. The result of a cases very often turns on the quality of the evidence given.

Our Advocacy for Non Lawyers Course is rather unique aimed at helping the non lawyer to develop skills and confidence to give confidence to present their case to any court or tribunal.

With these courses the aim is to give participants real world and practical insight with a focus on what are the most important things to look out for and how to avoid the various traps and pitfalls that often face non-lawyers running or presenting their own cases.

Delivered live online via Microsoft Teams, the courses are interactive and limited in numbers to ensure participants have every opportunity to ask questions and to engage in the practical exrecises. All course materials are included. For those completing the Civil Litigation Essentials Course and who wish to demonstrate their achievement, an optional written test can be taken afterwards, with successful participants receiving a LitigateWise Certificate of Achievement.
